The Kardashian Charity Knock Out, as it’s called, gives the highest bidder a chance to take jabs at either Khloe, Kim or Rob Kardashian – or even stepfather and Olympian Bruce Jenner, if the bidder finds the gall.Kim Kardashian and Co. are prepared to jump into the ring and take a beating--for charity.

The charity auction is set for November 3, 2009, and the highest donor will choose their celebrity opponent then. All proceeds go to The Dream Foundation.

“My first initial thought was ‘Are you serious?’” Khloe told E! Online. “But then I slowed my thoughts down and heard it was for charity. So I started asking questions, but I was still nervous. I mean, who willingly wants to get hit in the face with others watching?”

Sibling Kourtney Kardashian won’t be participating, since she is currently with child from boyfriend Scott Disick who is also set to be a possible boxing pick.

Whatever happens, the Dream Foundation will have the upper hand — and make it worthwhile for one of the Kardashian clan to take a few for the team, all in the name of the greater good.

Charlize Theron Makes Out With a Woman - For Charity.

Charlize Theron was part of a live auction at a party for OneXOne in San Francisco Thursday night. When bidding stalled on a South Africa/World Cup package she was auctioning, she upped the pot by offering some personal lip service. Us Weekly reports:
...bidding stalled at $37,000, far below the $280,000 Jeremy Piven had just raised.

"For f*** sake! You can do better," she tells attendees. "There is no way I am leaving here with Jeremy Piven getting a higher bid. I've got t**** for God's sake."

To sweeten the pot, she offered up a 7-second kiss for $130,000 to a male bidder. "Swine flu is going around. This is high risk kissing!" she told him.

After one man bid $135,000, a woman upped the stakes to $140,000 -- ascending the stage for a 20-second smooch as the audience counted down.
